One of the saddest things about humans is our ability to believe that we are unworthy. We hide, within secret places inside ourselves the fear that we are utterly unlovable. Somewhere along the line we believed the lie that told us we had to earn our worthiness, that we don't hold this simply because we are. These are satan's lies build to destroy us from within; built to place a gap between ourselves and those around us. We must lean back on Christ's promise that He'll never leave us or forsake us. We must trust Him when He says that we are His and our worthiness is found in Him alone, not in satan's lies, not in whom we are told we are when satan whispers in our ears. YOU ARE LOVED. You are worthy of love, of happiness, of celebration. Allow God to prove it to you.
